FOR BOOTIES: Please measure your child's foot BEFORE purchasing and compare it to our shoe size chart. Our shoes run true to size.  We suggest purchasing at least 1/2 inch up for growth. 

 

FOR CROCHET AND HANDMADE HEADBANDS: Please meaure the circumference of your child's head BEFORE purchasing and compare it to our headband size chart.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. We will gladly refund any UNWORN items in the original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email us hov.inquiries@gmail.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the items have been received and inspected, then we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the payment method.  

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

 

We will gladly exchange anY UNWORN items in their original packaging WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email us at hov.inquiries@gmail.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the items have been received and inspected, then we will ship the new items to you. 

 

 

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged.
